We are moving. Again!
Sergey Kalachev
The current situation in the region and the ensuing difficulties require changes in the work of the workshop.
Changes both in the ways of taking orders and communicating with customers, and in the work of the workshop itself.
After much thought and analysis of operating costs in the context of the complicated situation and the current inability to take orders, I decided to move the workshop to a smaller area.
The move is scheduled for mid-April and preparations for it are in full swing.
Fortunately, at the time of the decision to move, there were quite a large number of semi-finished products in stock at the final stages of production, so before the move, a lot of work remains to be done, as practice shows that restoring the workshop's performance after the move is not easy and requires high costs, both physical and and mental.
The only thing that comforts me is that this is not the first move and many processes are already, unfortunately, well known. This will be the workshop's fourth move to date.
I have concerns related to the fact that after moving for some time I will not be able to engage in production in full and will not be able to meet the needs of customers. And, of course, each move requires large financial costs.
If you would like to support me during the move and the restoration of the workshop, you can make a donation. I will be very grateful for your support.
